We currently ship to 49 states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
My order is delayed, what should I do?
Delays can sometimes occur due to the weather. Please kindly allow up to 3 extra business days and if your package still hasn't arrived, contact our support at support@ropremium.com along with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if the order has not been processed or shipped, you can cancel it.
How do I start the return process?
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A restocking fee of 35% of the product price will be deducted from your refund for all returns. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
